Return Policy for Albany Location

+ Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, dry cleaned, damaged, or monogrammed CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. 
+ Merchandise in its original condition must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
+ Refunds will be issued in the manner in which themerchandise was sold. 
+ Special orders not paid for must be picked up within 30 days of notification or merchandise will be returned to stock. 
+ Special orders that have been paid for must be picked up within 90 days of notification or the merchandise will be returned to stock without a refund.
+ We reserve the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges.

+ Merchandise purchased at Market on the Square, Moultire must be returned to Market on the Square, Moultrie.
+ Refunds will be issued in the manner on a booth credit to be used in the future at the Uniforms by Julie booth at Market onthe Square.

Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital Payroll Deduct Guidelines

+ All Phoebe employees who are payroll deducting MUST have their Phoebe I.D. at each point of sale.
+ Employees can only deduct $400 during each billing cycle. 
+ New employees can only deduct $200 during each billing cycle.

Monogramming & Personalization

+ Merchandise being monogrammed or personalized must be paid for in advance. 
+ Items monogrammed or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged. 
+ Items monogrammed or personalized with company logo must follow the company guidelines.
+ All sales are final for monogrammed and personalized merchandise.
+ Depending on the design, addition set up fee may be required.

+ Monogrammed items can take up to two weeks to be completed.
